The quality of a product is not just a matter of expertise. Its origin, composition and environmental impact have become equally important. With this in mind, we work every day to meet specific objectives such as using flavours and preservatives derived from plant extracts, using locally-sourced raw ingredients and completely avoiding allergens.
Organic (AB) certification
Organic certification (indicated by an AB label in France) identifies products with a minimum of 95 % organic ingredients for processed products. Discover our range of organic products including smoked pork belly, pork fillet, pork roast and superior cooked ham.
The Label Rouge certification requires pork and charcuterie producers to comply with a set of standards relating specifically to husbandry conditions, the age at which the animals are slaughtered, the sorting of the meat and the method used for preparing products. We offer superior cooked ham (both with the rind or with the rind and fat removed) with Label Rouge certification.

Le Porc Français
The Le Porc Français label guarantees that the pig was born, raised, slaughtered and processed in France ensuring that it can be fully traced from farm to plate. You can find this certification on a large number of our products such as our traditional superior cooked ham without the rind and cooked on the bone, the original ham cooked on the bone and our top-quality rosettes.
Savoir-faire charcutier français certification
This label is awarded to producers whose products and centuries-old expertise are the reflection of a unique history and the particular characteristics of the land in a region, as well as an emotional connection with it. These producers believe in pleasure, sharing, warmth and friendliness. The certification was granted to the Noixfine brand, which has been our specialist in superior cooked ham for more than 30 years.
